LOL, great :D Perkele is definitely one of the most popular words to teach to people from other countries! Now I have to check this from you, because world is quite small sometimes - I have an old friend named Jukka-Pekka (or JP) who lives in Copenhagen, I believe he's not the one you know?

No, I had a boss once who was half-Fin called Juha... Something. But my friend is a girl, actually, called Päivi Hietalahtti. Apparently she's the daughter of a priest in the South of Finland, outside Helsinki.

Yeah, I have a friend, who taught me to say Moi. Perkele, I knew already, as well as uutuus, yksi, kaksi, and kolme. At a party somebody taught me, "I'll knife you, you bastard", but there was lots of vodka (and cardboard knives ;-)), so I've forgotten.
